Pixarnia.com (i.e. “Pixarnia.com”) is owned and operated by INBOX Slovakia ltd. It is registered in Slovakia, under registration number 47721677 and its registered office is: District Court Bratislava.
This Policy is to comply with the privacy requirements established by the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), as adopted by the E.U. on 25th May 2018. It supports Pixarnia.com’s need to collect information from its customers as necessary for the performance of business services and functions, while also recognizing a customer’s right to have their information handled in a manner that protects the privacy of their personal information.
For purposes of this Policy, a customer may also be referred to as “you” or “your.”
The following definitions are used within this Agreement and are referenced in Article 4 of the GDPR.

Recipient: a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other bodies with whom personal data is disclosed.
Third-Party: a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or body other than the data subject, controller, processor, or persons who, under the direct authority of the controller or processor, are authorized to process personal data.
Processing: any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction.
Profiling: any form of automated processing of personal data used to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular, to analyze or predict factors concerning that natural person’s performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location, or movements.
Filing System: any structured set(s) of personal data which are accessible according to specific criteria, whether centralized, decentralized or dispersed on a functional or geographical basis.
This Policy will commence from 1st May 2018. It replaces all other policies relating to the use of a customer’s personal data, whether such a policy was made in writing or oral.
This Policy applies to all customers, users, and persons who access and use the Pixarnia.com website.
Pixarnia.com only collects personal data from registered users that is necessary for one or more of our legitimate business functions or activities. Pixarnia.com is unique in that it provides a platform for businesses to send email messages and promotions to their customers. As a result, we also collect the following information:

B. Information Regarding Customer Lists. Customers can upload their email lists to our database. Pixarnia.com will not contact or share information regarding individuals or entities on our customer's email list for any reason with the exception of: legal issue (i.e. spam; copyright infringement; fraud; or any other complaint); lawful order of a court; or subpoena.
Pixarnia.com will never sell or release personal information of our customers with recipients, although it may be shared from time to time and only when necessary to perform a legitimate business function with Pixarnia.com’s vendors and business partners. Shared data will be disclosed in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR.
Pixarnia.com collects personal information from its customers and users so that it may perform its business functions and provide bulk email services to its customers. Pixarnia.com will process personal data in compliance with the GDPR. Pixarnia.com may use a customer’s personal information to perform the following:

Pixarnia.com does not knowingly collect personal information regarding children under the age of thirteen (13) unless it is with the prior written permission of the child's legal guardian or parent.
Pixarnia.com will store and delete a customer’s personal data in compliance with Article 5 of the GDPR. Pixarnia.com maintains its customers’ personal data on private servers located in France for all EU Customers and the United States for Non EU customers. Servers are managed and maintained by Server4you.com. Servers are protected by login security, software, and restricted access and other measures Only employees of Pixarnia.com have access to this information.
A. The GDPR was created to protect the customer or user's privacy rights. Users have the right to access, rectify, object to, or erase the data maintained by Pixarnia.com (pursuant to Articles 12 – 23 of the GDPR). You may request a change to your personal data by contacting Pixarnia.com by email at [email protected]
B. If you believe Pixarnia.com’s processing of your personal data infringes data protection laws, you have a legal right to initiate a complaint with a supervisory authority responsible for data protection in accordance with Article 77 of the GDPR.
C. In order to review or to request your personal information be changed or modified, you must submit two legitimate forms of identification such as: driver's license; passport; or government issued I.D. along with a written statement of your request. If the requester is a Pixarnia.com client who has uploaded or transmitted lists through our website, the client must submit sufficient proof that he/she is the original owner of the account along with the two forms of Identification requested.
D. Email Lists. Pixarnia.com users and their subscribers can opt-out of our newsletter and email lists by clicking the "unsubscribe" link found at the bottom of the informational email or newsletter. Please note that once you have clicked the "unsubscribed" link, you will no longer receive emails; notices; or messages from Pixarnia.com.
F. Pixarnia.com does not have the control over personal data collected by our customers in the form of the Email list. If any Email recipient wants to use its right for data rectification/deletion, it can do it by clicking on the link under each received Email or with the Data Rectification link on Pixarnia.com website.
Pixarnia.com retains all rights, title, and interest to its website; social media sites; app; their code and content. This material is considered our property and "Intellectual Property: which is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets or other proprietary rights and laws both in Slovakia and internationally.
Users and visitors warrant not to infringe upon these rights and to abide by and agree to all applicable copyright and trademark laws; copyright notices; logos; service marks; and any restrictions contained in any content contained within our website; social media sites; or app.
Users, visitors, and customers acknowledge and agree to hold Pixarnia.com, their owners, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any errors or omissions contained in any: file; message; email; electronic message; or any communication where information was shared by a user, customer, or visitor, and that information was incorrect; in error; or otherwise modified without our knowledge, consent, or under our control.
Messages, emails, and other communications are not considered "private", therefore data and information voluntarily supplied by a customer or user is done so at their own risk. Pixarnia.com values our customers' privacy but does not accept liability or responsibility for the transmission of data or information which is beyond our control.
Emails and electronic messages sent by Pixarnia.com to a customer are considered confidential and sent to the intended recipient only. In the event a customer receives an email in error, we request that they notify Pixarnia.com immediately to correct the error, and request the customer then delete the email or electronic message.
Customers who have an account or register for an account with Pixarnia.com give us permission to send them email messages for promotions and sales. This might be a promotional email related to sales or special offers; messages from business partners; responses to requests for more information; or customer support email messages. Shall the customers did not give us the approval to send more general marketing information, Pixarnia.com can only send promotional Emails in the same subject as original information. Customers can opt out or stop receiving promotional emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" hyperlink in the email or using data rectification/retencion procedure.
When the customer has unsubscribed from our mailing list, they will also cease to receive any support notices or messages from Pixarnia.com.
Customers can request Pixarnia.com to discover or modify any personal information that we may have on file. All such requests must be done via our website. In case, that this service does not work, this request should be provided in writing and identification must be provided as requested by Pixarnia.com to verify the identity of the requester. It can be either sent to [email protected].
Pixarnia.com stores and retains all customer data up until the time the Customer closes or cancels their account. After the customer closes their account, it may take up to sixty days for data to be deleted from our servers. A limited amount of data is retained and stored after deletion to identify the customer and ensure that their records were properly deleted from our system.
Pixarnia.com may update this Policy from time to time by publishing a new version on its website. When amendments are modified and uploaded, the effective date will be noted on our website. A visitor or customer's continued use of the website is their agreement and acknowledgment of those changes.
